By accessing or using travelfunda.co.in or engaging Travel Funda's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Travel Funda provides customised travel planning and itinerary design services. We act as a travel consultant — not as a direct carrier, hotel, or tour operator. Final service delivery is subject to the terms of the respective suppliers.

• All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed deposit or full payment
• Prices quoted are valid at the time of quotation and subject to availability
• Payments are processed securely via our payment partner. Travel Funda does not store card or banking details
• All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless explicitly stated otherwise

Cancellation and refund terms vary depending on the suppliers involved (airlines, hotels, etc.) and will be communicated in your individual booking confirmation. Travel Funda's consultation fee is non-refundable once itinerary planning has commenced.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.

• Ensure you hold valid travel documents (passport, visas) appropriate for your destinations
• Verify health and vaccination requirements for destinations before travel
• Inform us of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or accessibility needs
• Adhere to local laws and regulations at all destinations

Travel Funda acts as an intermediary between clients and travel service suppliers. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, changes, or personal injury arising from the actions of third-party suppliers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Our liability is limited to the consultation fees paid to Travel Funda directly.

All itineraries, content, and materials created by Travel Funda are our intellectual property. You may use them for personal travel purposes only and may not reproduce or distribute them commercially.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
